In my work I mainly focus on Trauma, Burnout and Anxiety.
Trauma is not only what we experience but how we internalize and respond to it. Childhood traumas, such as father or mother wounds, often shape our reactions to future challenges, including toxic relationships, loss, or illness. My approach supports healing these wounds, reshaping negative beliefs, and reclaiming your personal strength.
Burnout extends beyond stress—it represents prolonged emotional exhaustion that affects all areas of life. Together, we will establish healthy boundaries, empower your voice, and align your life with your core values while incorporating essential self-care practices.
Anxiety can present itself both physically (e.g., sweating, shortness of breath) and mentally (e.g., persistent worry). Through somatic practices, breathwork, yoga, and meditation, we’ll calm the nervous system and work to address and resolve the underlying causes.
Self-worth is a crucial element that connects these challenges. By building self-worth, you enhance resilience against trauma, burnout, and anxiety. I am here to guide you on this path of healing, growth, and empowerment.
